In order for one to qualify for this right, the work created should be considered as innovative, and display or unveil some degree of skill, labor, or judgment. Titles, colors, names, and short phrases are not normally put into consideration as unique or ample and extensive enough to be taken into consideration, though designs such as a logo, which combines these features may be covered.
